Challenge your golfing skills on one of our rich landscape courses, you won’t be disappointed! All within a 25 km radius of Killure Cottages you can choose from Borris, Gowran Park, Kilkenny, Carlow, Mountain View and the Jack Nicklaus course at Mount Juliet. For those who take things a little less seriously, you will find Pitch and Putt courses at Gowran and Kilkenny!
Horse Racing
Gowran Park is one of Ireland’s leading racecourses and can be found only 3 kms from Killure Cottages. The excellent hospitality facilities make it the perfect location for a great racing day experience. Be it a corporate day out, a family afternoon, Ladies Day or The Goffs Thyestes Chase, a day a Gowran Park will live long in the memory. In addition, a little further a field you will also find Tramore Tracks, 76kms , Wexford Races 67kms also. Punchestown and Curragh Races around 70kms, Clonmel races – 70kms
